Germantown Tool operates a fully integrated assembly department. Secondary operations range from simple drill and tap operations, to complex multi-part assemblies.
We utilize a variety of standard assembly equipment including drill presses and tapping heads, as well as welders, riveters and PEM inserters. For the more demanding, close tolerance assembly requirements, we will design and build dedicated assembly fixtures and equipment using our in-house tool room.
Germantown Tool will supply assemblies complete including powder coat, E-Coat, paint, and plating .We will also assume the responsibility of packaging your products and drop shipping them to your warehouse, or directly to your customer.
