Over 15 years ago, Germantown Tool saw the importance of offering laser cutting capabilities to the market. We currently utilize a 3000 watt Mitsubishi laser that allows us to cut up to 3/8" steel, and 3/16" stainless steel and aluminum.
We use special "nesting" programs to minimize scrap and reduce part cost. Laser cutting, coupled with our forming and spot welding capabilities, allows Germantown Tool to offer time sensitive, cost effective solutions to your prototype and low volume production requirements.
